Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 확장팩(?) 개념으로 출시된 작품이며 싱글 플레이 목적으로만 개발되서 사기급 유닛이 다수 등장합니다. Ex.그 옛날 RA1 시절 디스트로이어가 쏴 대는 함포 맛을 간접 경험하게 해줄 수 있는 하빈저 건쉽이 나옵니다. 게임 내 도전과제 달성 욕구가 쏠쏠한 게임 개그를 이용해 제국주의 시절 일본을 미화 한 거에 대한 불편함을 가지시면 안 하시길 바라네요
